1. Order Delivery & Signature Confirmation

If your order is delivered via Royal Mail, we receive an official delivery confirmation with your signature as proof of receipt.

  • If Royal Mail confirms delivery with a valid signature, we do not offer refunds, even if the package is claimed to be missing.
  • If you believe your package was not received despite delivery confirmation, we will initiate an internal investigation to verify the issue.

2. Missing or Undelivered Orders

If your order is not marked as delivered by Royal Mail, we will conduct an investigation and:

  • Contact you to offer a free replacement shipment.
  • If you insist on a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be issued only after the investigation is complete.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are provided only when:

  • A customer declines the replacement option after confirming non-delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
